After spending a few years in storage she's back on the road, but this time not only for weekend cruising; she's working in pictures now. It was for the movie, The Secret Lives of Pippa Lee - due out in 2009...we'll see if she made the cut!

Anchor Bay gets rights to 'Brutal Massacre'

NEW YORK -- The Hollywood Reporter has announced that Anchor Bay Entertainment has acquired theatrical and DVD rights to the horror filmmaking mockumentary "Brutal Massacre: A Comedy."
The feature stars Bill Sorice as the actor 'Oscar Brody' who plays 'The Sheriff'. David Naughton (An American Werewolf in London) as a director trailed by a documentary crew on a horror film set where Murphy's Law rules. Other stars include Brian O'Halloran (Clerks, Clerks II), Gerry Bednob (40 Year Old Virgin), Ken Foree (Dawn of the Dead, The Devil's Rejects), Ellen Sandweiss (The Evil Dead, Satan's Playground), Gunnar Hansen (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre).
Stevan Mena's film will be released in New York and Los Angeles later this spring, followed by a DVD release featuring a new documentary about the mockumentary.

The film stars Bill Sorice as Brooklyn mob boss Grimaldi, Nic Mevoli as Moishe, Jesse Gavin as Shlomo, Forrest Renaissance as Maurice, Elli Meyer as Rav, Hy Wolf as Chiam and Melinda Stein as Muriel.
